Received flowers and balloons from here for my birthday. Didn't arrive until nearly 8pm because they forgot about my delivery until the person who ordered them called and asked why they hadn't been delivered. After being told they'd deliver the gift soon I got them two hours later.

The arrangement was beautiful, exactly like the Telefloral picture I showed them. There was some confusion regarding the bow and card and they called us immediately to ensure it was done proper. Great customer service, a bit of language barrier. I would definately use them again. Highly recommended, they take great pride in their product as they should.
