Was recently recommended by a friend to try out firefly esthetics. And I AM SO GLAD I DID. I have been trying out lash and brow places all over California and how found few that work with my stubborn straight lashes. Mackenzie absolutely NAILED it. My lashes have never gotten this much volume from a lift. Not to mention her brow waxing as she talked me through the perfect shape for my face and allowed me to view the ‘mapping’ before she waxed.

She was extremely accommodating in getting me in last minute and responded quick to my inquiries. Her office was very clean and an extremely relaxing atmosphere. She played soothing music and offered me a blanket. Which led me to fall asleep for the majority of my lash treatment lol it was like a meditation and facial in one. She was extremely gentle and knew her stuff! Answered all of my questions and talked me through the after care. She also sells retail skin, brow and lash products out of her office.

The atmosphere of the studio was calm and welcoming, and the products used during my treatment were top-notch.

I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with my skin looking and feeling brighter and smoother. Mackenzie and her team truly go above and beyond to ensure each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. This is definitely the best esthetician studio in San Diego, and I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
