I ordered 3 first-aid kits on June 1st. July 1st they were still on back order and I needed them right away, so I told them to refund me and cancel the order. On Sept 15 I still haven't received my refund, I called a hand full of times and told them I haven't received it. They keep telling me it'll be in my account the next business day. It is now Sept 22. No refund yet...
