A comfortable little cafe in this local independent pharmacy. Quick service and the food was fantastic. Bun was nicely toasted with lots of roast beef for a balanced sandwich. Paired with salad and chips for healthy and salty sides. Highly recommend the smore latte, delicious flavor without the overpowering burnt flavor that is common with mallow flavor.

We came mid Sunday morning for coffee and a bite. The atmosphere is great - super cute! Service is friendly and timely. My latte was lovely and the grain bowl was so tasty and refreshing!

Really enjoy the awesome customer service at the pharmacy. Professional, friendly and the people seem to enjoy their jobs. Greeted with a smile! The pharmacist is willing to take time to answer questions. Happy that Fitzgeralds has returned to WFB.

FRUSTRATING. While this place is so cute with a modern take on drug store/soda fountain feel, their pharmacy is problematic. I cannot tell you how many times I have been told a prescription is ready only to come in to no or only partial prescriptions ready. I don't know if the pharmacy staff is not communicating properly or what... often there are several members behind the counter so it's not for lack of staff. Please work on your pharmacy so that this place can continue to be a gem in the community. I like supporting local but feel pressured to return to big box pharmacy.

I recently had surgery and needed some durable medical equipment (DME) post op. In preparation, I visited and consulted with DME specialist and manager Sarah Westling in Fitzgerald’s DME department. She sure is an expert and extremely passionate and professional in wanting to truly help their customers. Everything I purchased (the correct type of walker that I needed, cane, etc) has helped me tremendously since my surgery. I appreciated the great and pleasant service. Sarah sure is an asset to the DME department and pharmacy/store! Thank you Sarah and Fitzgerald’s!

Best pharmacy around with professional advice and selection.. Many memories of great service at Fitzy’s for years. Wonderful counter with delicious food. Great durable medical equipment selection with helpful catalogs to see what is available.

This place is always helpful, friendly and fast. I am forced to go to the Walgreens on port because it's in my insurance, but I will spend more to come here. The Walgreens on Port Washington Rd is an absolute nightmare. Fitzgeralds is what a true pharmacy is supposed to be. Keep up the great work!

These people are a lifesaver. Jenna and the rest of the staff go out of their way to help, call insurance multiple times. Always answer the phone. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you can fill prescriptions here.
