I love Five Springs! I have always gotten incredible care from Shelby and her staff. I feel heard and valued and am able to spend the time I need discussing my health with Shelby. Each visit feels complete and in-depth. I never feel rushed out the door or dismissed, and I feel like Shelby deeply cares for her patients. I can reach out in the portal with a need and receive a direct answer from someone in the office, or if I need to be seen, they work hard to get me in. This is true, quality concierge care. They do an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Shelby and her staff are always so welcoming and comforting. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate being heard and listened to throughout my appointments. All of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or product recommendations and their response and availability are fast! One of my favorite things about Five Springs, besides the staff and services, is that they carry Eminence Products. All around amazing spa!

I’ve go into Five Springs lately for facials. Shelby has the latest and greatest of everything. They even have a new organic facial line for retail. Every person working at this clinic knows your name and cares about you. 5 stars isn’t good enough for how awesome these ladies are!!!!!

I went and saw Shelby for some treatments. My appointment went amazing. The business is clean and welcoming. The staff are professional and kind. Shelby answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. It was something I had never done before and was grateful for the patience she had. She didn't rush me through it. She treated me wonderfully. Going back again without a doubt.
