I am a caregiver for a friend who lives there. I parked in the loading zone to help him into the car, and it took a while for him to get ready to go. When we got back to the car, there was a warning on the car that said, "I was there since 8:30, and it was now 930." Since I dropped my granddaughter at school at 8:50 and it takes a good 20 minutes to get to the school, I don't know how I could have been in two places at one time? I think someone needs to learn how to tell time!!

I have lived here for (11) eleven years and have been happy since day (1) one!
Don't want to leave! Hope I never have too!
If that were to happen? Would not be because I no longer 'ENJOYED' living here!
It would be because I could no longer ... 'AFFORD'... living here!
Though I may not understand their method of Annual Rent Increases (having many questions no one has yet answered), may one day cause me to move.
Due to lack of affordability ... Which is my problem and no one else's!
*IMPORTANT* My Affordability or lack-of, is in no way meant to discredit 'Foothill Farms' (senior living complex)!
Being on a fixed income controls how and where I live! A far cry from when I was once gainfully employed. 💜

Nice , friendly , clean and well kept. Office personally , courteous, maintenance , great , always there when you need them. Call after hours , you can't ask any more , the promptness , the attention they give , is the best

I got accepted in there but I think they should show the apt 1st before you pay the application fee because the bedroom is to small so I lost out
