I have lived here for a little over one year. I am extremely happy with my apartment and I love the staff Diana Rosas is an excellent manager. Anytime I’ve had the slightest problem she has been there for me and solved my issue. I highly recommend living here, the apartment is very comfortable and the grounds are very nice. I have been trying to rent and see the inside of the apartment for approximately 2yrs. Had to wait until my lease was over at current place of resident. I filled out a new application 10/29/20 finished 10/30/20 I requested to view the unit but was referred to the unit plan A 673 sq.ft. on paper. Unit can't be shown tenant haven't moved yet. I hope I am not being discriminated against due to my race , color., religion , disability, age, national origin, ECT. I will give an unbiased review of my experience and visits here and application process. Will give an better rating after apartment is shown to me. What is done in the dark will come to light.
Update :
I finally got accepted and was shown the Apartments, the living room was nice size , bedooms are small but there is a balcony. I was still signed me in even though.the leasing agent was sick the other office staff help me get signed in thank God. I was moved in on time , the apt was ready on time . So far this seems to be a good place to live. The maintenance request was expidited in a timely manner ,same day response, great, office staff friendly and responsive to tenants need. The Place kept in optimum condition. This is a well kept apt complex clean , inside and outside and we'll maintained.

Disappointed that U have to pay application fee go threw the hole process then show you the apt & my king size bedroom set do not fit so lost out on $25
