My experience with in the office was ok but the problem is with billing.
They tell you that you have to pay $178.00 upfront for uninsured patients. Ok, paid that, not expecting there's more to that fee, another $143.00. They tell you anything that happens in the room is extra. Ok, can't be that much for something pretty minor....
I had a peculiar mole on the back of my calf. She said it was probably nothing but went ahead and removed it anyway. I get a bill in the mail, a month later that's due on Christmas day, for just about $1300.00 for MAYBE a 15 min visit. INSANE! If she knew it was nothing then this totally looks like a money grab.
The charges are in the photos. Charged twice ($700.00) to look at a mole the size of a pencil eraser that she said was nothing. $400 to nip it off, which took not even 1 minute.
I could see a few hundred dollars but $1300?!?!
Ask upfront what and how they bill, this is robbery.

Kyla and her assistant were amazing. I always hold off on medical appointments because I get so nervous, but they were so kind and understanding and made me feel so comfortable. Can’t recommend this staff enough, thank you!!

Your team is fantastic! First time visit, I’m a client for life. I showed up two hours early because I needed to get to my 96 year old mother who was having some issues and you fit me in. I was able to get to my mother’s nursing home and be with her to calm her down. Thank you

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Wausau clinic. We (both) felt that we were given above & beyond exceptional service.
My husband has massive amounts of questionable lumps/bumps/growths/discolorations, etc., so we're grateful for the attention we were given......... seriously. As a FYI, my husband was stubborn about getting a basal cell growth surgically removed (not sure why), but the staff was able to eliminate his concerns and schedule the surgery, so thank you thank you!
We appreciate all of the staff!! You guys ROCK!!!

Be prepared to wait on the phone for over 10 minutes. I understand now why they have so many openings. No one wants to wait on hold for that long and the call backs don’t work. Do not recommend at all!

I got an appointment right away. My Doctor explained everything in details I could understand. My concern was addressed at that appointment. Everyone was very friendly and very considerate.
