I've been to Foreviva twice now. I can't say enough good things about Amber!!! She is literally the best injector. I saw her in March to get my very first Botox Nefertitti facelift. I am so pleased with the results. I also got sculptra on my cheeks and jawline to define better facial symmetry after weightloss and couldn't be happier.

Amber is extremely knowledgeable, kind, highly skilled, warm and friendly. She put me at ease and explains everything she's doing. She never over does it with fillers/botox , just natural looking rejuvenation. I HIGHLY recommend her! If I could give ten stars, I would!

And of course I'm greeted by Arcelia (front office manager) who is so lovely and makes you feel like home.
The entire staff greets you with love and family vibes. They have monthly specials they always send out and make sure you're getting the best price for the best results. Amber also called me to follow up and see how my results were and if I had any bruising right after, all in all a A++ experience where they just make you beautiful and feel completely at ease.

First time medical clinic patient and glad I looked up Foreviva! Amber was a great provider, she was thoughtful, detailed and wonderful at addressing my skin concerns. She consistently checked in during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and addressed after care so that I could recover properly. I will definitely be back!

Called for information and after speaking with the receptionist for a bit she transferred me to the manager without informing me. The manager (Sylvia) was rude, interrupted me a few times and kept saying that she created the weight loss program. At the end she asked me how many b12 shots I am going to buy so that I can have the consultation. I told her that the purpose of the consultation is to learn more about the products so I can choose what is best for me. She said that this is a business and people are calling her every minute. In other word I am waisting her time. I felt like I am purchasing stuff from Amazon, not a medical spa that is specializing in people's health and well being. Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Apparently they are not worried about the bad reviews and losing patients or should I say customers.

What a team! Silvia and staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and Compassionate. I'm so blessed I got introduce to them by my girlfriend; we both get our weekly Vitamin B shots to help us with our daily energy and our long runs when training for our races. Dr Joelle is so compassionate , smart and generous with her time ; she is always willing to advise on my food intake and helps me with my weight management. Love their vitamins too. Many other services are offered by the Clinic. So happy with their services and attention.

I have had a lifetime struggle with my weight. Dr osias is the first doctor I have ever been to who actually looked beyond the size of my clothes into seeing what else was going on in my history to make it so difficult to lose weight. And she worked with me to address it. I dont like to take things like phentermine as it makes me jumpy. So we worked more on supplementation. And she was kind enough to call me when she found something new that might be helpful. And that's just two examples.

I've also seen her clinic for the vampire facial, which I bought on special. Honestly, I've had them before, but the technician who did this for me was so thorough and painstaking in her approach, I was surprised. As a result I've seen better results with that facial here than anywhere else I've had it.

I have been a loyal customer of ForeViva Medical Clinique in Menlo Park for about 3 years now. I respect and trust the doctor so much that we have referred more than 5 patients within the 1st year of joining. However, after 3 years of being bullied by the disrespectful aggressive staff (last drop was my 19 year old sister leaving an appointment with her eyes balling out due to being yelled at by a nurse), as of today I will no longer recommend or visit this clinic again, until the staff is educated or replaced. This is a shame because the doctor who practice here is very friendly and great at what she does. However, as the service provider, I find her responsible for employing such disrespectful staff to run her business and allowing these employees to bully and belittle her loyal customers.

Extremely dialed in to my health issues. Experienced a significant pain relief in a short period of time. Am now exploring extended help for other health issues that had remained unresolved for a couple of years with significant improvement. I am amazed with the benefit to my perplexing health issues. Confident of improved health based on my experience to date. Very. Very impressed.

I had a Groupon for a facial. Yes I knew it was a medical clinic so I did not expect a full relaxing spa experience. But I did expect competence and some level of comfort. The room was COLD. I asked for a blanket but they didn't have any. I was given two small towels for my feet. It was still cold. I was given a wrap to cover my arms. I asked if I can have a sheet but they said they didn't have any - all were with the dry cleaners. The person doing the facial was also the receptionist. Not very skilled. And her long nails were scraping my skin in a very uncomfortable manner. Although the long nails worked well for skull massage. The main reason I went for this facial was dry skin. The procedure was very superficial As I am writing this review, a few hours later my skin is as dry as it was when I went in for the facial. I absolutely would not recommend this facility 0
