I really wanted to be able to share a positive experience here but I do not recommend. I was seen for a very short amount of time, the doctor was really rushed- I was told appointments are 10 to 15 minutes, which is truly an unfortunate expectation. I was given a quote for the appointment and when I went to pay, the receptionist told me that it was more than the range of the original quote and that I would still have to over pay for the service. I don’t feel like this experience was worth 225.00 and if you can find a specialist who is more focused on quality of care than quantity of billing codes, I would spend your time, energy and money there.

Most of the staff here is very friendly, but I have been fighting to get a prescription filled for a month and a half now because my information is not being sent properly to the pharmacy and the staff is not doing the required followups. I have been assured over and again across at least a dozen phone calls that things will be taken care of, but I still do not have my medication, and have wasted lots of money on followup visits for repeated time-sensitive labs. I have tried to contact the office manager with no response, and the rest of the staff takes an average of 3-4 days to get back to me.
Not a great feeling to be visiting a dermatologist due to self-esteem altering issues and to then be apparently forgotten repeatedly.

Arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was checked in and promptly and was seen by the staff. It was explained to me what the procedure would entail. Doctors and nursers were professional and made feel at ease by conversing with me .Finished in a timely manner and billing was completed with our questions answered in a understandable manner. The staff at the Skin Clinic is very good at what they do so I hesitate to write a bad review, but I can't believe the charges! I received a bill for $1,186 for a 15 minute appointment with a P.A.-C. Nothing was cut off, but they sprayed about 10 lesions. My insurance didn't pay anything since I'm on a High-Deductible Plan, but they wrote down about $880. I ended up paying $300. I can manage $300, but charging me $1,186 and hoping I'll pay the full amount is called price gouging.

I have contacted this “outfit” repeatedly. They are in Fort Collins, CO. I live in Ohio. They keep sending appointment reminders and asking for reviews. Well here is my review. Negative 10. I have NEVER been a patient, nor have I ever inquired into their services. I have emailed and left voice messages asking to be removed from their annoying list of who they bother. I have also asked for a call back from their office. No surprise - no response. I googled them and called the number listed to be sure it wasn’t just some yo-yo emailing. The only yo-yo is them. Heavy sigh.
