They hired new receptionists that are warm, helpful and welcoming. They do consultations that cost $50 to reserve, the machine scans your face and gives results of skin in multiple dimensions your aesthetician may recommend a beauty regimen or skin treatment(s) based on the results of the scan. Contact them to book the scan and fyi treatments fill up months in advance. There is a cancelation list however, it can take a long time to get in here for certain treatments. They are in association with 2 rewards programs Allē & Galderma.

Sue was fantastic and explained the process to me so I had no surprises on how long it would take to see results and how much it would cost.
Getting rid of spider veins is very tedious and Sue expertly picked and poked every last one.
The results were amazing and I highly recommend FVPS's Sue Barta.

I had face resurfacing done by Cindy & Jessica and they did a fantastic job! My results after 4 weeks to 6 weeks are amazing and I'm so thankful for their experiences with numbing and the actual resurfacing. Honestly it's not for those faint at heart because the healing process takes a week and patience is what you need to heal. Lots of Alastin & vasoline.. But to me it was worth it because the lines around my mouth and chin are so much better! Thank you Cindy and Jessica and for your kindness and knowledge. Sheri

The staff at FVPS is absolutely wonderful! The front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Taylor and Terri have been truly wonderful! I saw Jay for a few appointments, and he is genuinely compassionate provider. Very personable and thorough. I felt very comfortable with every visit I had. More importantly, I felt valued by the staff.

Dr. Janssen and his team at FVPS were very professional, kind, and caring during my initial consultation, preop, surgery and followup visits. Dr. Janssen provided me with excellent care, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughout the whole process. Dr. Janssen and his team made me feel at ease and were very knowledgeable. He did a great job and I feel so much better not having all that extra weight on my chest, shoulders and neck. I have better confidence in myself and my appearance.
