This was THE WORST hair experience of my entire life. I saw Lexi, who was less than welcoming upon my arrival. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and rushed through every step of the appointment (I was her only appointment that day). During the consultation, I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she said it was easily achievable. Her communication skills were undoubtedly poor throughout the entire appointment. I asked for balayage, she gave me traditional foil highlights without asking. I asked for a haircut, she trimmed the ends on the back of my hair and nothing else. When she finished my color, it was orange/red/copper and nothing close to what I wanted. She grabbed the owner who then tried to rectify the situation, quite unsuccessfully, as the picture I posted is what my hair looked like upon leaving the salon and is nothing close to what I wanted OR my original hair color. Lexi never once apologize and had an attitude the remainder of the appointment. The owner gave me free products, however I paid $150 for terrible, terrible work. I would have much rather paid $300 and left with the hair I wanted. I now have another appointment at a different salon to pay yet another $200+ to fix this horrendous mess. I am incredibly disappointed and would NEVER recommend.

I have gone to FRESH for years and absolutely love it! Kyla provides top-notch manicures and pedicures. She is on time, fast and so funny! FRESH offers a wide variety of polish colors, dip, gel, etc. Kyla is very talented with nail art and does an amazing job. Could not recommend Kyla and FRESH more for all of your beauty needs!

I recently started getting extensions from Ashley back in November and I am in love with them. I normally of thick hair but do to a medical condition and the treatment I lost a lot of hair and it’s growing back but I have thin areas all throughout the bottom of my hair so I talked to Ashley and she told me about getting one row of extensions which I did and have so much more confidence not that I have thicker hair back. I went today and Ashley has started doing a new method and I absolutely love it. The Invisible Bead Extensions are the way to go for sure. You can not even feel them. I would definitely recommend Ashley and the girls at Fresh.

I was visiting family recently in Charleston and scheduled an appointment at FRESH Salon. I have to say that this is the best salon in Charleston. The staff is amazing and the owner Ashley is the sweetest, genuine and most professional person you could ever meet. If you are blessed to sit in her chair as a client then you will forever be in awe of her skill. She can take the your mess and make your hair look the best. I also had a facial with Diana and it was the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend this salon.

Everyone at Fresh Spa is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They strive to be innovative and truly set themselves apart from the competition. I have gone to Ashley for years but Lexi, Lyndsay, and Bonnie have all trained under her and you can feel comfortable with any stylist you get. You really can’t go wrong with Fresh for any hair service that you need, especially invisible bead extensions.They also have many other services available on site that I utilize: lashes, facials, nails, Botox, etc.

I highly recommend Fresh. I recently went for a manicure/pedicure with Lindsey and it was extremely relaxing. Lindsey was friendly and did an excellent job! Also, I had a facial by Terry who I have went to for almost 10 years. Terry provides a relaxing environment and the best facials I’ve ever had.

The entire staff and services are the best in Charleston and the spa is beautifully decorated. You will not be disappointed!

Heard good things about this place & we needed a haircut so we went to check it out. We've never been there before so when we arrived we didn't know which door to enter. We tried the door on the right first where a woman washing hair saw us but didn't say anything. Which made us feel like we entered the wrong door. So we proceeded to go out & go into the other door. We came in, sat down for several minutes & nobody even came to greet us. So then we thought we should go back to the other side to see if we had more luck getting noticed there. Went to the other side, sat down, heard people laughing & talking but yet nobody even in sight to greet us.

This really sucked because the sign on the building says they love walk ins but yet nobody cared to watch either doors. It made us feel incredibly awkward & it just didn't seem professional whatsoever. Won't be returning.
