Went in for the first time. The deal I got was $199, and I was told it included a full consultation, 1 Cryo-slimming permanent fat reduction treatment in my area of choice, and 1 mini Cryo facial (total 1 hour and 30 mins). When I arrived, the girl helping me seemed unknowledgeable ( in her early 20s). She doesn't seem familiar with Cryo. She kept on saying, "I'm so sorry-I'm all over the place." My session was no less than 30mins. I was out of the place within 45 minutes. To top it off, I didn't get my mini Cyro facial. The girl annoyed me enough that I didn't want to stay longer. First and Last! I can look for another place.

I absolutely LOVE this spa!! I've been coming here for my Cryoslimming sessions and facials since February, and I could not be happier with my results! Stephanie it so sweet, informative, and my results are AMAZING. The spa is very clean and relaxing, their hours are great so it works well with my schedule, and I'm finally feeling confident in my own body again! I will forever be a Fresno Beauty Bar client!
