“I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager—now I’m 28! The prices here are unbeatable, and the variety is amazing! They’ve got everything—jewelry, braid hair, parting tools, gels, and all the must-haves for your beauty needs. You’ll walk in for two things and somehow leave with twelve. The staff is always ready and willing to help, making sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. As a beauty supply store should be, it’s a completely judgment-free zone. That said, be prepared to see a little mess—but remember to respect the business! They truly have it all, and the vibe is unmatched. Thank you, Fridays Beauty.💗

Can I just say how Impressed I was to find a beauty supply that was well stocked, where all the people were friendly (even the customers were super nice. They helped each other if the owner was busy helping someone else), where my business was actually wanted, and the people who worked there were knowledgeable about everything I asked about? Then its a Black owned beauty supply, which is incredibly rare.

I live 2 hours away, so I can only go once in a while. But when Friday's starts selling online, I'll be ordering all my specifics from there.

The BEST beauty supply store EVER! I’ve been coming here for all my hair products since I was in high school and I am well in my adulthood now. Even though I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore I still take the 20min drive to COMPTON whenever I need to buy hair stuff... Super sweet & generous guy. He’s very friendly. I love that the store is open I think everyday ‘til about 8pm which is so freaking convenient... I will always support this owner because I’ve only experienced positive vibes and great customer service ever since his mother was running the store years back! 👍🏽

I needed to update this review...
It's not the cleanest. But, the prices are fair and cheaper than any other beauty supply store. Since my previous review, they have ordered new styles of hair and have since had everything I've needed to continue my Black Girl Magic status.
Freddy is so nice and has a special place in many ppl hearts, and we will continue to pray for his strength.
It's not a very clean place . Didn't have the hair I needed. But, they were very friendly and had other things that made this trip worth going. Plus, they remained open later than other beauty supplies stores in a 50-mile radius.

The place is small and dark but the customer service, the hours, and the days they are open is a beautiful sign to keep me coming back. Oh did I not mention the low great prices. It is a pleasure to see a black owned business that has been in business for years.

The best prices locally and in the world. The owner and family are very helpful finding what you need, nice and respected in the community. Not sure how Mr Friday is able to keep his prices extremely low when surrounding beauty supplies charge 3 to 6 times more. I often see people who own beauty supplies shopping here as well. I absolutely love this place. I can always find what I need.
