I have placed a few orders from Future Kind. I’m Vegan and their products aligned well with what I was looking for. After receiving the products, I really like them very much. The protein powder (Vegan) is probably the BEST protein powder I’ve ever had - mixes well, no chalky tasted and all the nutrients you want. Shipping was disappointing. They took several days to ship my items on both orders I placed. Labels were created by product never shipped to FedEx. They were very slow to respond and give me an update on my orders. Finally they stated their courier hadn’t dropped my orders off to FedEx. Significant delays and poor communication. Products are great. Service could be better. I still highly recommend them, but they need to address service breakdowns.
