Hello I love this store but I gotta say the only one with good attitude and great customer service would be the owner I drive all the from king city to go shop there for lashes ... The other associates are not polite at all ? the store in Sanborn is very un organized sorry I walked in there and almost tripped the associate was just on the phone the whole time didn't even greet me.

Great customer service. One of their beauty experts picked out the perfect set of lashes for a special day. She asked a few questions regarding what kind of look I wanted. We discussed the different brands and then provided 3 options. They fit perfectly and didn't get in the way. The lashes passed the test and stayed on until I was ready to take them off. Please thank your beauty expert for helping me feel extra special.

I hate to say this, but you recently opened another location on North Sanborn. You have the rudest associate. You can NOT shop in there comfortable with them staring at you as if you’re going to steal? I’m sorry NEVER going back in that location especially.
