My boyfriend and I went shopping here recently and found some great clothes but had a negative experience with the cashier. When we got to the register, the cashier was extremely insistent that we give our phone number and sign up for rewards and we had to firmly say “no” multiple times. Additionally, she left a security tag on my boyfriend’s shirt which we didn’t realize until we got home. The security tag proved difficult to remove at home and we weren’t sure if it was just an accident or if the cashier did this purposefully in a passive aggressive attempt to punish us for firmly refusing her multiple demands that we open a store credit card, give our number for deals, etc. This made us not want to return to the store in the future, despite the clothes themselves being nice.

Horrible experience at this gap store. I was attempting to return a gift and both the cashier and manager were extremely rude and unhelpful telling me there was nothing that could be done. I went online and called not even 15 minutes later it was resolved by more competent people. Never going back.

I dont really care for the Gap but I went here with someone else. Base on my observations, I would say the store is well organized and stocked appropriately. There were staff floating around to help. The lighting is a bit too dark for me but it is what it is.

I purchased few items from Gap at Natick mall and when paid at the registrar I noticed that I have a Gap reward I can apply to this purchase. I kindly ask Gabriel ( Gap associate) to apply this reward. He cut me short by saying that I have to call myself to customer services ,when I ask him to help me.
It is really not a big deal to call, at least to provide me with the number, but he just did not want to help.
Not friendly customer service.

This afternoon I experienced immense prejudice as I had been scowering through the Gap in Natick mall. It is an unfortunate set of events that both me as well as family of mine, had to experience such blatant racism. Management especially, directing staff to hone in on minorities who were looking through Kanye West new collaboration alongside the gap. Upsetting to say the least. As a high affluent individual, it is extremely aggravating yet displays individuals deep prejudice of colored peoples.

Gap was not well organized. Clothes were lying on the floor. I was trying to return a product and associate did not know how to return on Google Pay. I tried to explain her how google pay works but she was not keen to understand.
