Only the second time I've been there and Gempeler's does not disappoint! Great sale today! They had cheese, sausage, and wine tasting as well! The wine coupon was great! They were roasting turkey and it smelled like mom's kitchen during the holidays. They staff couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Connie, Connie, Julia, and Ernie thank you so much. Can't wait for my third visit!!!

Deli area is pretty good! The market is not the best with prices and you HAVE to pay attention to expiration dates on everything. They don’t go through the food very well. Other than that it’s an easy stop if you live in such a small town.

A wonderful store for a small town. Great meat counter & deli.
Neat, clean & well laid out to have a huge variety of items. The prices are also good! We came for kalberwurst but found lots of other items.

We love their hot food. Kids love to go there for ice cream and we like to buy some of our meat here. It's fresh and priced good

They are a family owned grocery store that takes pride in their store and their service. We stop just about every Sunday after church to pickup some of their weekly specials. We also get our meat for the week there. They also have their own special varieties of precooked or fresh, veal, pork brats, sausage and other specialty meats like Kalberwurst which they prepare and make themselves. Their meat counter has a variety of fresh cut meat it isn't prepackaged so you have a choice of cuts. They have one heated case where you have a choice of I believe six different heated meals to go. Or you can order sandwiches, pizzas, broasted chicken and fish dinners while you are getting groceries. They also have a deli where you can pick up different types of potato salads and other sides to go with your meals. They also have a soft serve ice cream machine where you can have cones, shakes and a variety of different flavored drinks that are like a blizzard.
