Gentle Breeze Honey

I’ve always loved their honey and decided to try their candles. I went to the farmers market, and bought tons of candles to last the winter. They do not disappoint! I made sure the first burn was a good solid one (google beeswax candles first burn), and am very pleased. Did I mention they are cheaper than the ones I used to buy?! And local?! And family owned?!? As for the honey, I really enjoy that they sell it in glass jars as one of the options as I find it easier to cook with and just easier to use all around. Highly recommend!

The Best Honey in the state of Wisconsin. This small family owned and ran honey farm has been a cornerstone on the Capitol Square farmers market for over several decades. The Honey farm is located near Mount Horeb and boasts all natural pure sustainable honey farming practices with local wild flower and clover fields. The honey is incredible, raw, organic and tastes better than any other honey I have ever tried! Buy local and support these great people!

I was considering passing it up at my local Marianos because it was a bit more expensive than the non-local brands. I’m so happy I gave it a try! It was worth every penny and maybe the best honey I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend some of it drizzled over greek yogurt!

This is the best honey around! Doesn’t use a lot of processing and it’s made locally! My kids are the pickiest eaters on earth and will not eat any other honey but this one! I am not a picky eater and I have tried many honey brands, does not compare! Most honeys are from brazil etc and even local honey, this is my preference! They used to offer a course on bee keeping, not sure if they still do but met the man at a whole foods and he is the nicest person ever! Can’t wait to visit at Mt. Horeb! I beg to differ on crystallization; I keep mine in my cabinet room temperature and has crystallized. Then I just put it in a warm water bath to de crystallize.

The honey has consistency of water, nothing honeylike. Tastes very sweet and does not crystallize even if you keep it in the fridge, I suppose they dilute it with glucose syrup. I contacted their customer service but they were extremely rude just stating all over again that their honey is all natural. Bought a different clover honey and it crystallized right away. Don't waste your money on this fake product.

Wow! Very nice people! Best honey in WI and maybe even the world! Very natural, and sweet! They even have wax candles! Highly recommend because of the nice employees!
