I'm a first time client. Had a three o'clock appointment after my original appointment was cancelled which was fine. Was told she blocked two hours for me and just had a child's haircut to do in between. Showed up on time with three people ahead of me waited two hours and still wasn't in the chair. I only stayed as I was so excited to get a new haircut and color and the fact that the owners mother was so sweet and lovely and got me tea and cookies as I waited. It was now 5pm and I told the owner I had dinner plans at 6:30 with friends. She copped an attitude and said what's more important, your hair or your friends? I stated, my friends. She said "Super Cuts is still open. I left and am never going back.

I moved to Braintree about two years ago and had been looking for a local salon for hair care and waxing. I have had several services here since that time and wouldn't go anywhere else. Vicki at the front desk is warm, inviting and seems to know everyone that walks through the doors. Kim who does waxing and facials is so sweet and caring. She is fantastic at her job. Meghan P. Is a great stylist. She styled my hair for my bridal shower a few months back and I've never had so many compliments. She gives a great cut and is a skilled colorist. It's also a huge plus that she is available for appointments on Sundays. I highly recommend this salon but more importantly these ladies specifically

On window it says walkins welcome NOT the case I stopped in to have my eyebrows done I was told we can make appt later the girl at the desk couldn't leave the desk because not enough help to cover her.

Went into buy a gift certificate for a friend, the salon is very high-end beautiful souls top-of-the-line products it’s like a high-end boutique salon all in one , off street parking!
