I found Gloss Beauty after my former esthetician stopped seeing clients. When I walk into Gloss, I walk into a sanctuary appointed with beautiful soft colors and lots of natural light. I am warmly welcomed by whomever is at the front desk, and embraced by a comfortable couch. I am taken in on time and once again, warmly welcomed by my practitioner, Michelle Smith. Michelle's experience and dedication to providing excellent skincare services (I get the Dynamic Duo with a brow wax/tint) is clearly evident by the thoughtfulness she puts in to my service, paying special attention to my skin type. I've had the opportunity to meet a few other practitioners at Gloss in passing, and they provide the same excellent customer service with a welcoming smile, a "hello". Tess does a great job of running Gloss Beauty; hiring providers who are experienced and friendly while also stocking vetted products that are good for your skin. I've recommended Gloss Beauty to many of my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Love Gloss Beauty! Michelle is my girl for facials and eyebrow taming. She spends time reviewing my skin (which isn’t great, lots of big pores and sun damage) and over the past years has put me on a plan that has transformed both my face and chest. I love that she consults with her team and has also recommended me to use Emily, who is also fabulous. Gloss is a team that takes personal interest in everyone coming through the door and I couldn’t be more grateful.

The moment you walk into Gloss you can leave all your cares behind ! This has been my respite since it opened. The surroundings are beautiful and the vibe is a notch above any other spa while retaining a lovely warmth. And then there is the superlative service by my incredible aesthetician Michelle who must be the world’s best eyebrow expert and who is the only person I know who gives me no sense of time and at the end of 75 minutes of a heavenly facial I feel renewed ( and everyone thinks I’m at least 10 years younger and I am in my 60s!). I am a professional woman who rarely does reviews but this is a no brainer
