A man asked me to leave at 7:53pm because they close at 8. I was still shopping and assured them I’d be done before they close and he said yeah but we like to be gone by 7:55. So I kindly put my items down and left. Will not be returning due to poor customer service. Will take my black dollars elsewhere where

If u could give zero stars I would , since I moved to Dallas ive supported this store , when they switched locations i followed them. I never had an issue until maybe they sold or brought in family either way once that happened they lost a customer. It’s once guy in the store I don’t know his name but he’s always so helpful and sweet when I come in always help me get a deal, but I can’t speak for the rest of them! There’s a lady with hair about ear length with a bang , every time I enter the store she’s always following me around like I’m there to steal , this last time I went into the store a item that cost 3.99 that i Regularly get she over charged me and charged me $6.00 for the product. I knew something wasn’t right because as I stated I always get that item, I went who I thought owner to tell him I didn’t appreciate being followed or over charged and he didn’t care , he didn’t listen and took up for the lady who upcharged me saying “maybe it item wasn’t scanning” but that doesn’t mean up charge. I am a black women I do fell discriminated , although I loved this store black women if they can’t respect us they don’t deserve our money! No telling how long she’s been getting away with over charging people.

Attempted to purchase eyelashes at 7:45pm. The door was closed and when I knocked to get service they refused me with a ESA service animal ( mini golden doodle). He then said if I knew what I wanted and to make it quick. I decline to then enter the store due to his rudeness and they close the store before 8 o’clock see the pictures below as they’re walking to the car and it’s not 8 PM. I’ve been in hospitality for over 12 years and the way they treat people you shouldn’t spend your money there. BTW this was posted at 7:57 pm CST

Already had the door locked 15 mins before they closed. I understand it's closing time but I knew exactly what I needed and would be super quick. Guy watching the door was very rude. It's a shame since I shop here all the time but it is what it is. I'll go to BPolished tomorrow.

Thank you for being open at 8:30 on the money on Saturday morning when I need you most. Other's in the area opened at 9am. I was able the beautify and make my appointment on time.
Those little things that most done see as important makes a big difference to many of us.

Terrible place for business. I’m a traveling stylist. I called at 5:40 (I was 10 minutes away) trying to confirm that they had the hair. This man held the phone (didn’t answer my question) I still came because I know I would make it by 5:50. They locked the door and wouldn’t open it for me. It’s a shame that we spend our black dollars at these doors and they could care less about us. The picture is them rushing to their cars at 5:59… when the store closes at 6.

I just had the most disgusting experience ever. I was originally happy when they came closer to my neighborhood then the God forsaken hole they were in on Forest Lane. I have patronize this store when they were on Forest Lane and since they moved to Greenville and I had never had a bad experience until today. I am a visible disabled person and sometimes I need a cane and today due to me having Arthritis and in pain today I had my cane. I new I wasnt getting much I just needed some lashes, wig brush and wig spray today. So I asked the dude and the name he goes by is SONNY (on the receipt) where the wig spray and he stated in the back well I was in pain and decided to get it another time since it was not urgent. He proceeds to tell me that everyone needs exercise and some older gentleman who was Asian as well had the audacity to laugh and I was recently released from the hospital. You could have offered to get it or ring me up who do you think you are SONNY!

FIRST AND FOREMOST I am a disability rights advocate, Certified State Employee and I am a plus size fitness instructor teaching 4 classes a week and doing it with a disability. A complaint will be filed on this establishment you and your partner laughed at the wrong individual. You never know who shopping with yall.

Go this Beauty Supply instead they are much better and very friendly and right around the corner they treat you with respect
