Prices are insanely high for used stuff. for example a used pair of work pants that once cost 50 now would cost 35. You are much better off just going to another thrift store or buying the clothes new because it's almost the same price as what good will is selling them for. I recently found another thrift store that I would recommend because their system is purple tag one dollar and everything else is 5 dollars it's called pigg and pear thrift store it's a life saver and far Superior to good will.👌😀

Nice selection of items, difficult to find what you are looking for though. I didn’t think it was very tidy.

Lots of cute clothes, so I shop here often, but that's about it. it's super cluttered and dirty and pricey here. They took out the changing rooms. Everything that isn't clothes is super gross...why are they selling half of a waffle maker, empty cardboard boxes, broken picture frames, and filthy glasses?

Prices are WAY too high... I would buy more items and spend more if things were actually priced reasonably. Shame

Also FITTING ROOMS? Hello?! Only being able to return for store credit feels like a scam.

Bathrooms "broken" I don't believe that at all. I hope whoever's in charge decides to start caring about customers soon..

Only gave two stars cause the employees are very friendly, and there's occasional decent finds.

insane price point. not a single thrift store in the Boulder Metro Area is pricing items this high. Will sadly no longer be returning as they seem to be charging customers for the renovation they chose to do.

I guess you guys can price like an antique store if you want… but I thought good will was about supporting the community. I felt out priced here.:(
Furthermore, it is more affordable to buy things new; which encourages society to buy new which creates more waste. When I thought this company was created for recycling goods and helping our earth.

This is probably one of my least favorite goodwills. I’m an avid fan of nerf blasters and I love going to goodwills to check out the selection. It’s very good and almost every time I go, there is something there worth buying. But here’s the problem: the prices are absolutely absurd. It’s a thrift store, things aren’t supposed to be this expensive but apparently I was wrong. The blue blaster in this image has an original msrp of $39.99 brand new, $28.99 if you check Amazon. 50% off for a used blaster that is missing darts and is in awful condition is not ok. This isn’t thrifting, this is scalping. Seriously not cool.

I liked the older location more. This new spot is cluttered. There's no space to try things on, especially since there aren't fitting rooms anymore. You have to put your things down on a couch or chair that someone might be trying to buy so you can try whatever is okay to pull over your clothing real quick, and then hopefully you find a mirror for sale, otherwise, you're outta luck. The shoe selection is hit and miss, sometimes I'm still surprised at what is considered "okay" to sell in terms of wear.
