My mother had a serious accident with a hedge saw, cutting her finger down to the bone in two places and bleeding heavily. When I brought her into urgent care, there was only one receptionist on duty, and a patient was checking in ahead of us. I apologized to the other patient and explained the urgency of my mother's bleeding to the receptionist, who looked at me with complete disdain. She replied in a passive-aggressive tone, saying, 'I saw you walk in, I’ve acknowledged that you're here, and you’ll have to wait like everyone else.'

Frankly, if someone arrives at an urgent care facility holding a blood-soaked cloth around a serious injury, I’d expect a receptionist to prioritize getting help. Instead, we sat for about five minutes until she finally called us back to ask the extent of the injury (something that could’ve been asked immediately). When I told her, she briefly called in, saying 'Finger cut to the bone,' and only then did someone come out to assist.

The nurse and doctor who treated my mother were wonderful, but the receptionist’s dismissive and condescending attitude was entirely uncalled for. My sister and I were already anxious, and her lack of empathy or urgency made a distressing situation even worse. No one seeking emergency medical help should be made to feel like a nuisance, especially in such obvious need.

I had both of my girls here 2017 and 2019 and I just wanted to come back and say I will never forget them they treated my family so amazing. Hours just to see them after I moved.

Do not take anyone you care about here this hospital has become a money pit after their big remodel they do not treat patients they run up bills then lie to justified it doctor lamantia is one of the worst Shelia villa and rebbeca jonhstone should be ashamed. Their is only one good doctor from here and she's mainly child birth stuff stay away from this hospital once you go in you lose all your rights and they justify whatever they want. I will never trust the US medical system after this deal this was the final straw all for not being hurt and possibly needing a few stitches

Great place to go for appointments. They accommodate you in anyway reasonable way possible. They are super friendly when you go makes you feel welcomed. I also just go there for when my apartment building does it's fire alarm testing every so often so glad they let me come and stay since they know I have PTSD from fire alarms going off. it's a safe place for me during that time so I don't have to deal with the loud sounds highly recommend and will do all my future appointments here considering I'm only 2 blocks away from the hospital.

This is for the billing dept. They are quick to turn bills over to collections. I pay my medical bills online and there system is through istameds which is difficult to use and my FSA card won’t work in it. So I called billing and talked to a young woman to see if she could take my payment by phone and she had no idea how to do that. If you work at the hospital in the billing dept that should be the first thing you learn. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this happen to them. It’s ridiculous that the billing is so messed up. I have been to other hospitals and have never experienced such a horrible experience trying to pay a bill. If you go there make sure you have good insurance so you don’t get a bill otherwise it’ll go straight to collections. Just disgusted with my entire experience with them. Negative zero stars for them.

Just wanted to give the staff at Grant Regional Hospital a big thank you for the wonderful experience today with the Bunion procedure I had this morning. Starting with Michelle who check me in, Kate the nurse who prepared me for surgery, Scott; the anathestologist; who took away my fears of being knocked out, Heather the surgical nurse, and of course Dr. Chubbs who performed the surgery! My experience was wonderful!!! First time experience and you all took very good care of me! And the toast and coffee was awesome! Thank you all for such good care!

A big Thank You to Robert Stader, Ally, Sheila, Michelle and the rest of the staff at Grant Regional for all you did this morning for my procedure. Though my stay was brief, you all made the best of it and we all had a little humor in it. Great job to all involved and Thank You all again. The good lord willing I will see you again in 5yrs.
