DO NOT COME Here and I am very serious. I have had luck in the past but this time my poor son got botched and right before school starts on Monday. Number one the environment was very unpleasant. The two girls working one being the manager as she claims named Samantha has no business having that title or position. Her energy was very negative and you could tell she was not happy to be there on a Friday more than likely short staffed. First incident is when she asked her co worked if she had taken lunch and when the girl responded with no her reaction was “well I THOUGHT you would have taken it earlier in the day” very narcissistic mannerisms. No real direction. Second incident she was cutting an 8 year olds hair and she kept telling her if you do not keep you head straight your hair cut is going to be crooked. Look straight ahead look at the mirror. You need to engage with children and speak to them in a nice warm tone. That was not the case here. Third incident a customer came in and wanted to get his haircut and she turned him away and said we are not taking anymore haircuts we close at 7pm the gentleman was explaining to her that he had been trying to call all day and could not get through. Samantha just kept repeating herself talking over him instead of explaining to this gentleman that he could have checked in online at any point in the day. Instead she claimed her title but did nothing!!! No customer service experience what so ever. I do not know the other stylists name but she is the one who botched my sons haircut did a horrible job. She literally was just there like no reactions no solutions she just kept cutting his hair I had to tell her to stop leave it alone and Samantha the so called manager could hear our conversation but yet never stepped into to check this new girls work. She did not say one word. I will spread the word about this place as now I have to take my son to my stylist and have her fix his hair cut very disappointed and will not be back.

I took my 2.5-year-old son, Luka, to Great Clips for a haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Samantha was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly patient and gentle with Luka, making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

The haircut turned out adorable! Not only did she do a wonderful job, but her cheerful demeanor and ability to engage with Luka made it a fun experience for him. I highly recommend Samantha at Great Clips for anyone looking for a great haircut, especially for kids.

Great clips, in my experience, should have the skills as very great professional getting out of that school and getting their license and perform the skills that the were taught to do as far as
Sectioning the hair, and making sure the hair is all even in all directions layers, my hair was not sectioned my hair was not even when I walked out, I will never go back to Great clips, they're just beginners but really haven't experienced a great life of really I've really knowing how to cut hair as they were trained, they need to go back and not sure why they got their license they charge too much for the work they perform, they work too fast, and trying to get the next customer in. It took the person that did my hair lesson 10 min, didn't section didn't measure she just stared hourly wage, trying to get the other person in there to make her hourly wage.
