Do not do business with this company! They are not being truthful with their employees. The Korean plant they are staffing for in Enterprise, Al has low wages and works 6 to 7 days a week. The details of the positions are not being communicated. I was the HR Manger for the said company. When I realized how bad the company was, I left. Green Solutions continues to recruit for this company knowing the poor business practices and treatment of employees. When I was there Green Solutions did NOT have any temps there. They later staffed once I had left the company. Very sad.

Discrimen, falta de respeto, humillacion por parte de green solution, si te enfermas ellos lo ven mal, te pueden despedir, retencion de cartas que llegaban atravez del Correo federal noo hay cuidado medico, peleas y robos en los apartamentos hay video. Te se la pasan mudando a las personas de apartamento semanalmente y es incomodo ya que ocupar los dias libres, invaded tu privacidad, no te quitan tax Federal pero no no pagan.
y uno se ve en problemas por el mal manejo la manipulacion se creen que son tu dueño y discriminan de los empleados y lo cogen bien personal al punto que los despiden

Mucha injusticia y prejuicios, disfrutan hacer el daño ya que ellos creen que don dueños de uno, le dicen los verdugos si no haces las horas por un motivo sobrenatural no te consideran y te botan, hacen mala combinación de inquilinos mezclando diferentes edades lo que causa malestar a la persona y crean situaciones para sacarte. No saben organizar llenan los apartamentos con gente de diferente pensar lo que termina en peleas y chismes. Green Solution si te quejas te exponen y te meten en problemas. No se pueden usar ese servicio son 6 meses tortura y humillación no valoran al empleado.
