We were trying to get 8 screwdrivers for Christmas gifts at the last moment. It was too late to get them from the warehouse but they told me they would check on it and call me back. They were able to find a few in at this store and located the rest of them at there other locations. They got all of them to the store in time for us to pick them up, get them wrapped, and delivered for Christmas. Great customer service.

I will ALWAYS use Hahn Ace in Delafield. They go out of their way to provide the best service imaginable. I recently was looking to buy a grill and my first thought was to call them. The assembled it and even delivered it for me the very next day. I will always buy local from a family owned business versus the national chains. Which is why Hahn Ace in Delafield is my store..always!

Thank God for this place! Best part of my day talking to a wonderful and helpful staff. They were so prompt, cheery, and respectful as I asked for help finding the right Phillips head screwdriver for repairing my automatic litterbox. Definitely will go back over any of the big box stores!

I like this store. It's clean, lots of products and merchandise in stock. The merchandise is nicely placed on their appropriate shelves, prices are right there so you know what you are getting, and how much each item costs. Ace sells good products and stands by their name.
The biggest thing for me was when I had my RV and I needed the 40 gal propane tank filled, I would go there. It's right in front, pull up and go. The employees are always in good spirits and eager to help any customer.
