I love that the staff is knowledgeable of the products and friendly. June the owner is always smiling and always remembers me which I think is awesome! The prices are affordable and there's lots of variety.

Lived in Long Beach my whole life and regret not coming here sooner. As soon as you walk in they have the best charm/hair accessory collection I’ve seen in all of Long Beach. The whole store is so neat and makes so much sense ie. Crochet locs by the wrapping hair. The owner was so sweet and kind and helped me a lot with picking my color, color matching and making sure I was happy with my purchase 100/10. Can’t beat this place!

The customer service was great. The store clerks were knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I would recommend shopping in this store to everyone.

I called and Jasmine answered, her customer service skills are through the roof just excellent. Though she was busy she took the time to make sure they had what I needed before coming in and put everything to the side so I could just walk in and purchase, also sent me a picture to confirm with my stylist when I thanked her for being so great she said that’s how she would want to be helped She’s awesome

The owner (middle aged man, nah maybe mid 30s) is really geared around EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. His communication is great, he’s knowledgeable in hair and in the products of his store, and he helps you find the best product at a great price. The owner is more worried about helping you out, then making a sale! The other 2 staff, are just as great there’s a younger an older lady! They are both definitely skilled in hair and hair care. I dabble into styles quite often and when I do I definitely go here as the first choice! They’re up to date on all the items trending and not and their all attentive! Definitely recommend and will keep going back!

This was my first time going into this beauty supply! Honestly I don’t ever go to a beauty supply store because I’ve always had a standing hair appointment- but due to the state of the world I’ve gone as long as I could not being able to go to the salon so I’m trying braids. Needless to say I had to 1- find a store that was actually open and 2- one near my job since I’m working long hours so thank goodness for Google and showing this store! They were super nice and helpful and made the customer experience awesome! Thank you for restoring my faith that kind people and genuine customer service still exists!
