I came in with a clear reference photo for a layered butterfly haircut (attached here). Instead, I walked out with a completely different cut — blunt, uneven, and with random short chunks in the back that look nothing like layers. My hair now looks frizzy and damaged, as if someone had no idea what they were doing.

Amber, the stylist, was clearly inexperienced — something no one told me beforehand. Halfway through, a middle-aged woman with glasses stepped in to “fix” it and just cut it even shorter. When I expressed how disappointed I was and said I would leave a review, they suddenly said they were “so sorry” and that a manager would call me tomorrow — well, tomorrow hasn’t even come yet.

They told me they wouldn’t charge me, but honestly, this isn’t about money. It’s about trust. I came in expecting a professional haircut and left with something that looks nothing like what I wanted. Now I have to wait months for it to grow back. Think twice before you let anyone here touch your hair.

Carmen Rutledge is the best. I always have been able to walk in, sit down and she knows exactly 💯 😌 what to do. I don't have to say a word. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Got to meet Robert Brown he such an awesome gentleman. Thanks Carmen for always making me feel and look fabulous.

Carmen is the absolute best!!! Every time she has given me so much confidence leaving the salon. After previous bad experiences getting my hair cut, Carmen has made be feel so comfortable and trusting in the process. I have weird curl pattern, thin hair, fine hair... it's all against me. 😆 but she assessed and discussed everything with me and I love my new hair!
She also talked products with me. Told me the best cost friendly options instead of only the most costly. I usually don't buy product, it feels pushy, but I walked out with 3 products and didn't feel forced at all. Very nice, polite, and all around a helpful and great stylist. Highly recommend!

The establishment is very convenient it was clean and easy to find! The staff were amazing they were very friendly and helpful. Anna Bailey did a great job on my hair I requested a caramel highlights and she did a fantastic job!! I highly recommend this establishment and Anna Bailey!
