Yolanda came highly recommended at Hair Pros by a couple of my friends. I called her on Friday, she made an appointment for me on Monday. I arrived and she was waiting for me, greeting me by name. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she was delighted and confident of her ability to do the cut. The cut she gave me was exactly what I had asked for and at a reasonable price. I think I have finally found a hairstylist I trust and can now stop my search.

Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes. Everyone said hi, then no one ever offered to help or see why we were there. Completely ignored. One employee sat behind the front counter for 10 minutes on her own without even acknowledging us.

My my mother had recently passed away and for my hair was all knotted up. I told her to just cut it all off. She could tell that I was having a really difficult time with passing by my mom but she took her time out and kind lady she untangled my hair and gave me the most wonderful haircut and took the time out to pray with me these are the kind of people that I want to be around hair pros is awesome and loving people I recommend them anytime anywhere anyplace

I came in last minute on Friday and made an appointment with Haley for a trim and my curls were starting to droop and my ends were getting dry. She gave me a shampoo and conditioner then we cut about 3 inches off. My curls were revived! She recommended some short layers so that my curls were more bouncy. She listened to what I was looking for and provided much more. Thanks Haley! Awesome customer service and super friendly!

I called to make an appointment, no answer so I left a message. After that I saw a blurb (online) that said each stylist keeps their own appointments and I should look at the directory and find one there and call them directly or drive to the salon and look at their directory. So I drove to the salon and . . . They were closed. I have never been to this salon so I didn't know any of the stylists there. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Based on this experience, I got an appointment somewhere else.
I WILL NEVER TRY THIS SALON AGAIN!

Gia is the best, who did my cut and style, she was a major sweetheart and great personality. She's very friendly, I feel like i was talking to a friend I've known for years. I'm a return customer from years ago, I can not recall who helped me years ago. But overall I will be back 😃
