Who ever makes/decorates cakes there now did a horrible job on my children's baptism cake. Used orange lettering, letters look horrible like I did it myself. Im not good at decorating cakes which is why I ordered one. Cake looks kind of lopsided too, skinner on one side. They left it in the aluminum tin! Ive never seen a professional cake left in the tin, its supposed to be on the fancy cardboard with decorative boarders around it. They did a frosting boarder around the top, but is very crooked and not even on the cake but on the lip of the tin. And I paid 23 bucks for this. Bakery closed at noon today (Saturday), so nobody to fix it for the baptism Sunday morning. Asked to talk to the manager, and he won't be in till Monday.

The bakery is amazing. I just bought these pumpkin bars on Saturday 9/21/24 and omg they are so good. You can taste the pumpkin and the frosting isn’t overwhelming. It’s like the perfect ratio. I’m so going to get more. The bread is good to, really soft

Smaller sizes, not a bulk size store. Will have most of what you need. Supplies a smaller community. Stop frequenstly to fill some ingredient needs.

Check every item's expiration date before you put it in your cart. So many expired products in the store it's insane. I have alerted staff members multiple times and nothing changes. I've brought home so many expired products from not checking them (as that's what their staff are supposed to do) that i stopped shopping there.

Very nice shopping experience.
The shoppers and the help in the store were very courteous. And what an excellent assortment of groceries. I got everything on my list and most items were cheaper than other store I have shipped at. I had to come to All Paws is morning so I decided to shop at Hansen's.
And I am very glad I did.

Prices are not always accurate from whats advertised and what you pay at the register. Prices are a little high here but that's to be expected at a small town store. Deli chicken has declined in size and quality for what they charge
The reason I'm giving them a 3 stars because of the quality of there fresh meat they sell.

Visited a few days ago.. my shopping experience was poor. I got some lil cocktail smokies from the deli and they were hard and bland. You should really think about checking your product more often and not let it sit for days until it sells. Ad items were completely gone in the pop aisle on a Tuesday.. front end service was bad. I sat in line for more than 5 minutes before the gal called another checker.. and nobody except the nice deli gal was wearing her name tag.
You can really tell that people come and go because they’re not trained on basic customer communication and interactions- I didn’t get a hello or thank you and the lady in front of me had to bag her own stuff because the cashier didn’t. This place was better 2 years ago and has gone downhill since
