Had the best time today here, got a pedicure and gel manicure. The guy who did my pedicure did a really wonderful job with the massage/ making my feet all smooth 🙂 also love the chrome color options! Very nice people here. This was my first time ever getting a mani/pedi for myself and it was wonderful

I didn’t know a lot about nails coming into my apt so I asked a lot of questions. They were getting impatient with me and even started getting a little snippy with me. It was to the point where I did a nail I didn’t want to do so that I could move it along. Even guests sitting next to me were staring and looked shocked. I wanted to keep my natural length and it looked good in the beginning when my tech asked but he kept filing. He drilled a lot so my nails are thin. He did an amazing job on the design and they look beautiful but I felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Wasn’t welcoming for my first time there. I went on recommendation but idk that I want to come again after my experience. I think they could tell I was upset so they tried to make up for it. I was just shocked. Again beautiful nails just not welcoming. It was so expensive and it wasn’t what I wanted because of the treatment I received I didn’t feel I could speak up
