Customer service are the worst I have ever came across out of all Harbor freight I been to. try asking a question about a sale they was having both front counter personal ignored me and continue to talk to each other. Then my teenage ask if they can open the restroom to take my 3 year to the restroom told my kids no without a reason. My husband then had to ask for my kids to used the restroom. They just gave us the world nasty looks. Finally able to open the restroom. I then try asking for help again about the sale got ignored yet again. The lady who went to open the restroom up for my husband and my kids. Said something totally un called for under her breath when she was walking by me then told the other rep who was also working up front that they need to have a sign you cant use the bathroom unless you buy something. Just the way the two ladies was acting turned me away from what I originally came for

Good store, but stop stocking the Hercules metal cutting wheels. The metal collar always detaches from the wheel causing it to go out of balance while the angle grinder/cutter is at full speed. Also please stock more 4.5 inch diam. 1/8 thick cutting wheels. It's always all 1/16s.

Would rate no stars if I could.... no customer service whatsoever because of their truck delivery. Got home with generator I just bought , opened the box and it was used. No help from manager at all. Refused to get on phone. Horrible store. Horrible employees and management.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a large tool box. Was told I would have help loading it. The dock person in front of the manager said they wouldn't help. Was left on an icy dock to load a heavy tool box by myself with an injured foot. What would have taken them 3 minutes to help took me 25 and I almost injured myself further......

Cheapish tools at cheap prices. No they're usually not as good as name brand. You're also paying a fraction of the price. Only comlaint is their inventory does seem to be sparse on some things, and you usually cant get an answer as to when an item will be back in stock.

Returned a brand new predator 3500 generator because the carbon monoxide sensor was bad and the girl supervisor kept on asking me the same question even though I answered her completely clearly, but it was too much for her little brain to process because no one in that place knows what they’re talking about or how to troubleshoot anything. She was extremely not willing to cooperate with me even though all I wanted was my money back. Those people in there are idiots and I understand why Harbor freight has such a bad reputation.

Cheap chinese tools at a cheap price but they work. Electronic/power tools aren't the best. Hand tools are just as good as home improvement store brands. Solid choice for weekend mechanics and homeowners. They are slightly understaffed, but they are good about trying to be helpful where they can.
