I had a wonderful hydra facial at Harley Street Skin Clinic. They were warm and welcoming and gave me a cup of tea to enjoy while filling out the forms. The rooms were bright and clean and the facial itself was incredible - it feels like it's removed years of dry and dead skin. The complements I have received have been plentiful! Will definitely be back.

My first EVER facial and I am spoilt with the hydrafacial I received here today by Chan. Everyone at the clinic was so friendly and welcoming and took away any apprehensions about getting my first treatment. I feel amazing and glowing leaving the clinic. I was talked through everything as the facial was happening and gained so much knowledge about future skincare. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I’ve been knowing Harley Street Skin Clinic for many years and when my skin calls for help they are always the best choice.
I previously went for a Fire & Ice facial and it was fantastic. Today I tried the Hydrafacial as my skin was particularly dehydrated after a long haul flight.
My skin is now glowing and I can’t be happier!

I did put a 5 star review but I’ve changed it to a 2 star for overall experience as of January 2025.
I went for a follow up December for a procedure I payed £5000 for in October, and the Dr had nothing to say. Nothing. He was 30 minutes late seeing me and I had to bug them to be seen as I had a train to catch and missing it would mean paying an extra 100 to get home. He finally saw me and didn’t appear busy at all, and spent the majority of appointment trying to plug his iPad in. He took a few pictures and HE was done. I had to ask HIM questions of whether things were normal etc I got no info at all from him, he didn’t even examine the area he treated. Considering I traveled 2 hours for that, it was a total waste of my time. The original quote was also for sedation, i was given menus few days before etc. the doctor was an hour late for the procedure on the day and I was told on the day there is no sedation. I think I was given free “exomes” (may be spelt wrong) in compensation for that but wasn’t told there was a risk of darkening to the area - which has happened. I got this info off a well known plastic surgeon in London, who I also see for review. He could see the noticeable darkening within the scar.

I was meant to go back to see him again but didn’t see the point, as I shouldn’t have to lead my own review. I am happy with overall treatment outcome (texture, pliability) hence I have not complained as I’m aware everything has risks, but the service was so bad! I would source another doctor if I wanted a repeat the treatment. No trust there no for me sorry - seemed when it was known I didn’t have piles of money the service went down hill.

I have suffered for years with pain in my jaw & tension around my ears from grinding my teeth. I tried night mouth guards but it still didn’t help. Instead I tried Botox in my masseter muscle & it has changed my life! I have no more pain, tension & I don’t grind my teeth! Lovely clinic, practitioners who are all helpful & professional.

I was given a last-minute appointment for consultation, where a few options were provided to me by Dr Khan regarding my concern. I chose hydra facial with hyper pigmentation booster.
I also provided details of the products that I am using to Lesley to confirm if something needs changing. Since the products were good and I was happy with them, Lesley did not try to hard sell any other product to me. This, to me, was a very good experience as most skin and beauty businesses try to find the smallest issues and then sell products at extortinate prices.
The hydra facial itself was performed following day by Malinda and took about 30-40 minutes (may be more).. Melinda described each stage of the procedure to me, which was extremely helpful as my eyes were closed. She also showed me all the gunk collected in the end. My skin was glowing, and I am seeing significant improvements after 2-3 days.
Since the treatment was at a special price, I bought three more.
I also bought hydroquinone for my dark spots and am awaiting the delivery.
I also had a Free Visia analysis on my face before treatment. This will be repeated in a few days to see improvements.
There was a small misunderstanding with the invoice, but it was clarified via email within a day.
Overall, the whole experience was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced (including HQ) when compared to other offerings in this space.

Received another PRP treatment.
The pain in my hip has disappeared and am regaining my agility and to walk without a limp.
Another big bonus is that I don't get woken from my sleep with a painful hip. Also received PRP for my "Golfer's elbow" and pleased to say that the pain has receded. Great work!
