Professional Incompetence. I set up a appointment in December for a late January appointment. Gave location DIRECTLY from google maps of my old dentist and permission to pull records. Nothing was pulled at all. Claimed I never gave them the info. Fine. Had to get new xrays to which I was told AFTER THEY WERE DONE that my insurance wont cover xrays within a 3 yr period of old ones(WHICH THEY DIDNT GET OR CALL ME WHEN THEY COULDNT) so I now need to pay out of pocket. Asked for the bill to know how much this surprise bill is because why would anyone want to continue work if they have a large bill sitting already with no warning. Told me they wont charge me because and I quote "I dont think this is the right fit for you" By Hartmann herself instead of telling me the bill. I agree, I dont think I fit into a business that doesnt give full info BEFORE work is done, screwing people over. Your front desk worker is incompetent and the Dr herself doesnt care to work on anything, shes fine just cutting patients in a already small town. Yall are crooks and I fully understand everyones warnings about this place.

My wife had an appointment and canceled last minute due to us wanting to attend an event for my son and his school. We understand its a bit of an inconvenience, but Dr. Hartman still decided to remove my wife as her patient for good. Little did I know since I wasn't able to fill in for my wife that same day I too got removed as her patient. Talk about being petty. I've been told this is pretty common of Dr. Hartman to do. If this is how she runs her business them I'm surprised she manages to keep clients as it is. Very unprofessional and she doesn't have the audacity to do it over the phone or in person. She makes her staff do her dirty work for her. I wouldn't recommend her. Find somebody else in the area or travel for a more better and professional dentist. You'll be glad you did.

Dr. Hartman and her staff are very professional and detail oriented. Although at times it takes a little while I know the works being done properly and efficiently. Thanks so much!
