Healthy Body Massage

I recently called to book an appointment for a Thai massage and was informed that I needed to be there at 1 PM. Upon my arrival, I found the door locked and received no response when I called the office for 3 consecutive times. I noticed two ugly Asian ladies were eating lunch on the balcony at the back of the office, and although they saw me multiple times, they chose to ignore me. I waited by the door for another 20 minutes and walked back and forth to see if they would acknowledge my presence. Shockingly, they continued to eat their lunch while I was left waiting for my appointment. After 20 minutes, I decided to leave and went to another massage place nearby. This level of treatment is completely unacceptable.

The message itself was good but the service spoilt my impression about this place totally. It was my first time having spa-message, and I was so glad I tried it, and I decided to leave a tip. But when I gave it to them, the woman at the reception pointed at the "expected gratitude" table and hinted that I should leave thrice as more. All my gratitude went away immediately. And when she saw that I was going to wait for my husband to pick me up, she obviously did not want me to stay there as, how she explained, there were two more clients expected tonight and she was not comfortable about me staying there for just 5 more mins. Btw there are enough seats for the whole GROUP of people there but I felt unwanted. Terrible service and attitude towards people!

My first massage at this place. My therapist was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kind and caring. The room was very peaceful and I loved the soft music and dim lighting.I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much

I’m confused by the other reviews. I even debated on writing this review because I don’t ever want to insult a business, but this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The place is outdated (I looked past that) but it’s not your usual massage spa. The bed was hard, no heated blanket and the room was freezing, the top sheet was so shear I’m sure EVERYTHING was seen. Each stroke was fast and hard. I was not relaxed in the slightest. In fact, I wanted it to be over after about 10 minutes. I almost asked to end early, but I didn’t want to be rude. I did not enjoy that massage one bit. It was a waste of money and time. I’m spending the extra money to go to a legitimate massage spa in the future.. 2 stars because the woman was very nice.

the joint is clean and close, huge selling point, right. gal that answered the phone yesterday was my masseuse. she was rough as hell and absolutely did not take direction on pressure during my 60 mins. the word of caution has been written for my gals out there. i am never returning for some default physical pain. Yea, 2 stars for poor listening skills.

The first time I went was great. 90 min Swedish with acupressure & hot stones. The 2nd time, at check-in, I was asked why I tipped so poorly the last time. I explained that I'm poor and gave all that I had. She proceeded to show me a large printed sign that says how much they appreciate your tips with the rates. Then, I asked if I was going to tip appropriately this time. We're not even in the room yet! She was clearly not happy about my two hour booking. The door didn't close all the way so all of the chatter from the hallway and break room was heard during the entire massage. I told her that I was cold and she responded with "its 72 degress" My fingers and toes were icy to the touch. I did not enjoy the massage.

Excellent massage! Me, my wife and my mother in law all had a 60 minute Thai/Swedish massage and all of us loved it. The fact that all of us had a great experience with 3 different people says a lot. Although the place itself could definitely use a spruce up, I will be coming back in the future for sure!
