I had an appointment at 1pm yesterday. There is plenty of parking and when I arrived I was greeted by Julia who was cordial and professional and after asking me for some of my pertinent information she took my hearing aids to check out why they had stopped working. Within just a few minutes she returned with my hearing aids in proper working order. Fortunately my hearing aids were still under warranty so there was no charge. As I was about to get in my car to leave another woman came out of the Hear USA office and ask me if I was okay (I use a walker) and reminded me to be careful backing out I don’t know her name but I thought that was very considerate and I appreciated it. I’m glad they’re here to take care of my hearing aid needs.

This was a two week follow up appointment after purchasing a new pair of hearing aids and sending my old pair in for repair.
My hearing aid specialist listened to my concerns about my new hearing aids and made adjustments to them. They work much better than before. I was also given good advice on how to use my new hearing aids to improve my hearing ability. I am very pleased with this office and would highly recommend them to others.

Always a pleasant experience at HearUSA Center in Hemet. Julia at the front desk is polite and professional and Debi the hearing Specialist is very kind and thorough in explaining everything from testing to instructions on using the hearing aids. 2024 I went in to have my hearing aids cleaned. They are such nice people! I recommend them whole heartedly. It took less than 5 minutes. I am so glad I received my hearing aids from them.

2021 Great people! Personal, professional and really helpful. I felt immediately at ease and they were really patient and kind. I was concerned about getting hearing aids and how they'd look, how I'd feel, etc. They helped me to accept them and glad I got them. I had no idea my hearing was that bad! I realized that I'd been reading lips for a long time.
