Jose was friendly and built quick rapport with customers. It was a pleasant experience and he was knowledgeable about the products if you have questions. He gave me some good reviews on some edibles and they were awesome. I don’t come home to visit to often but when I do, I enjoy stopping at HerbNJoy.

Not sure if it’s under new management but I had by far the worst experience today going in . Placed a pick up order thinking it would be quicker but instead but was told I had to wait 5-10 minutes for my order when it would have been quicker to go inside . Not sure why they advertise that it’s quicker when they actually treat their customers worse than when I go inside. I go inside to help them out and they said I had to wait more because I came inside with a pick up order since they are focused more on outside people when no one was out when I had went in . I don’t think you guys should trust this place doesn’t seem like they care about their customers anymore

Really nice dispensary small gets straight to the point with the little areas where the products are great service what more can you ask for my budtender Jose V gave great service pointed me in the right way to some good edibles and disposable vape pen all for a great price I’d recommend to my people and would come again
