I would give zero if this would allow it. I want to preface this by saying I have gotten eyelash extensions probably around 20 times and have never experienced this before. This is my first time writing a review like this, but the process has been very frustrating. I got these eyelashes done and one day later I noticed they were falling out 10-15 lashes at a time and my eyes were getting irritated because the lashes kept falling out and into my eye. I messaged her and she told me she has been a lash tech for 7 years and it’s due to how I am sleeping because I sleep on my face. She told me to wash them (the same time I got them) and that it was a myth that you cannot wash them for 24 hours. I did this as she told me to do and multiple lashes fell out. I told her I have never slept on my face before, however I do sleep on my side. It is not uncommon for the right side to lose more lashes than my left. However, all of my lashes were falling out a day later on both sides. She told me multiple times it was my fault I didn’t follow her aftercare directions and was incredibly rude. I paid $140 with a $35 tip and have little to no lashes 4 days later. I have always slept on my side and always taken care of my lashes afterwards and have never had this issue before. She told me sleeping on your face and side sleeping were the same thing and this was the issue for not keeping lashes on. I have always gotten classic sets and have never once asked for hybrid/volume. So apparently classic lashes are supposed to all fall out but hybrid/volume are not? This has been a very disappointing experience, as I was excited to find a lash tech in my small town, but paying this much money to be left with no lashes 4 days later is absurd. She did offer to do a “touch up” but this would be a whole new set because there are little to no lashes left. After talking with her and how she handled the situation, I opted to not get them redone by her because I didn’t want to mess with the integrity of my natural lashes because everytime lashes came out, my natural ones came with it.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Annie now for about half a year. I love them! The retention is incredible. I get tons of compliments. She’s thorough, clean, and professional. She’s been more than accommodating when I’ve had to change up my schedule. She’s also just a super warm, generous and overall lovely person.

I had eyelashes as my first service with Annie about 8 months ago and I loved them. I had never tried lashes before. She was a complete professional and they lasted a long time. I have now had her administer a medical grade chemical peel to counteract signs of aging and sunspots and it was a wonderful experience. She's very professional. She has all of the right tools for her business. She has a medical director who monitors the procedures that she does for her business. I would highly recommend High Altitude Beauty and and suggest that you check into all of the different services that she offers because it is a wonderful place to spend some time for self-care and relaxation.

I've been seeing Annie for about a year now and I love my lashes! I started with classics and then moved to volumes. Annie is very attentive, professional, answers all the questions you might have and explains all the procedures in detail. My lashes look great and last 3-4 weeks before I even need a fill!
