I recently had an eyelash lift with Taylor and a brow wax and she was 10/10. Amazing service and my brows look the best they ever have. I loved the small details like water or champagne at arrival and one of my favorite parts was the privacy and the warmer on the bed. I always run cold so what a nice touch. I found High Brow Boutique when I was looking for help with my overplucked eye brows from high school. I didn't think they could be saved ... and then I met Anna! My brows are night and day different, and I am only in the beginning of my eyebrow journey. I drive 45 minutes from Oconomowoc to see Anna, and she makes the drive worth it every time! I am very disappointed with my experience here. I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know. The woman who did my eyebrows made my whole appointment an uncomfortable experience. She miscorrected me when I reminded her I requested a tint and laminate for my brows, and said I did not request a tint. Later in the appointment she told me that I did in fact request a tint but it could no longer be done. I opted to get my brows waxed and laminated - which was a higher cost in the end. After a couple weeks my lamination was pretty much gone even though they told me it would last 8 weeks. I realized I should’ve saved my money and had this done at home myself.
