They cannot hold therapists for whatever reason. You work with someone for several weeks, months even then they are gone. Front desk Shyla is amazing when you actually get through to her. Otherwise, calls get filtered to Idaho or another location and messages don't get passed along to providers. I call ahead whenever I need to cancel appointments because I respect people's time, but was accused two months later of No call/no showing. That is POOR communication on their part. I hate to think of that therapist wasting their time waiting for an appointment I was assured they would be notified was cancelled. No wonder they leave.

My counselor Rhiannon is super helpful! She genuinely has my best interest at heart and she gives me resources/literature/& helps me with positive coping skills! It's hard finding a good counselor that's a perfect fit for you but I genuinely think Rhiannon is a great counselor 🙂
Also Shyla the receptionist is so kind and patient and always willing to help!
I know there's also intensive outpatient programs available!
Overall I would definitely recommend this counseling center to anyone seekinging behavioral health help in Thermopolis.

Very, VERY poor service. I had a therapist recently as a young child with trauma, and this woman simply called in and told my family she had gotten sick and never contacted us again. Never booked another appointment, didn’t return calls or texts, nothing. It’s a poor environment, don’t recommend. It’s got better employees though.

I can get quality counseling here at a price that I can afford as they use a sliding fee scale.
Interior is pleasant, and the waiting area is tidy yet welcoming and enjoyable. Very nice restroom available, though I find the hallway leading to the restroom to be dark. My declining vision has difficulties with low lighting.
Overall, I find this is one of the best offices for receiving quality care.
