Been using them for six years, I think they must have new management as they used to be really good and treated customers right. I paid to have them come fix a tripping tub, they came and did not diagnose properly. When they came out a second time they diagnosed properly but charged the $150 delivery fee twice. When I pointed this out I was told to pay my bills and that I don’t understand how this works. Unusual because they have done good work for six years and used to treat customers right. I expect to pay a premium in Jackson but I don’t appreciate businesses not doing the right thing. Maybe this is why they are rebranding I don’t know. They’ve lost my business and referrals unfortunately. They aren’t the only provider in town.

We live in Wilson & the team was on top of everything detail -- from helping to pick out the right hot tub, to installation, to assisting us afterward to mount a new cover for snow/views. Just bought my Big Green Egg from Sundance Spas of Jackson Hole. I love making pizza on it. I bought my egg during the anniversary sale, the sales staff was very helpful and even had food cooked on the egg that I was able to taste. I love the variety of foods you can cook on the egg, it was a great investment because of the lifetime warranty!! Thank you Sundance Spas of JH!!!!!!!

The crew at JH Sundance Spas went above and beyond to ensure 1. the spa interior & exterior color was exactly what we wanted and would enjoy (offered great insight on pros and cons of differences in color, jets, size etc) 2. assisted post purchase when we had trouble with our lid fitting in our covered area to make sure it not only worked but worked well and 3. has followed up promptly when we've had any questions. Excellent service - we will recommend and be back.
