Denny spent over an hour hand shaping my hat to my liking, and he was so patient and kind! They have great hats, and really take the time to shape them exactly how you want, free of charge! I could not recommend High Mountain Mercantile enough! If I could give it more stars I would!!

My husband and I visited Sheridan, and this was one of our favorite downtown stores. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of hats, home decor items, and of course their fabulous coffee, which is roasted locally. A must stop if you're in Sheridan.

My wife, daughters and I stopped in, while vacationing in the Buffalo/Sheridan area. Denny the owner is the definition of customer service, he greeted us as we walked in the door and told us he appreciated us stopping in. We did find a few must haves. Even while checking out Denny was asking if we needed anything wrapped and chatting with our daughters. Turns out his hometown is not far from ours in the Midwest. I just wanted to leave feedback so people know this is a great place to do business. We'll be back next visit to the Big Horns!
