Update
The new owners reached out so hopefully under new management it will be better.

Everything was frozen and there was no way to get a hold of the owner to get a refund. Someone told me that he had posted on Facebook that it was fixed but that was after I spent $7.

Worst waste of money!! Wanted to vacuum my car before I washed it, vacuum had no suction and wasted my money. Pulled in to wash my car & car wash didn't work. Probably never go there again!
