Me and my wife we stranded ther from October 5th till the 15th had 2 blowouts. They were so courteous to us and very respectful the entire stay made us feel welcomed always said we were like family..the breakfast the eggs biscuits and gravy and pancakes everything they had was delicious and hot amd we could smell the food cooking and the coffee brewing and we new it was time to eat..
The entire staff was very nice and treated us well . Thank you for the memories..the Hernandez family carlsbad new mexico

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have visited. It was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great! Lots of options and well stocked. There was someone there that was very helpful. The pool area was clean and very inviting. This hotel shows signs of very good management.

Super warm, friendly and polite staff. Very clean. Nice pool and comfortable cafe. Good breakfast options. Highly recommend and can’t say enough nice things about every staff member, from desk clerks to housekeeping to cafe staff. Every encounter was pleasant.

This was a nice surprise. There is usually something that is unpleasant these days in most hotels. Our room was clean and fresh. The team was pleasant, and breakfast was on par with most hotels with a hot breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the July 4th Holiday and had a great time. The hotel was in a great location with clean rooms and exceptional staff service. Breakfast was great too! Sandra at the front desk stood out with her service and attention to detail. I will be back next time I am visiting the area. Thank you!

Was there a couple of weeks ago, and left something pretty valuable in our room. I called several hours after checking out and DJ, the front desk attendant, said 'Hey Sir, we have your item at the front desk!", and that made my day!!! I talked to them about how I would get it back, and the whole staff was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process!!! I can't recommend them enough, the whole process was STELLAR!!! Thank everyone on your staff!!!

Great place to stop for the night, over all score of 88%. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, same on the checkout. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The two ladies assigned to the kitchen kept the area clean and presentable. My pet peeve is seeing dirt. The carpet on the 2nd and 3rd floor looked like they could use a good vacuum.

Great place to stay, especially if you're commuting on the 10. Great service, nice large rooms, decent breakfast, reasonable price and very clean and quiet. I'd definitely recommend it as a stay over if you're traveling through.
