I booked a 20 minute sauna session before my massage and it was exactly what I needed! I had never experienced an infrared sauna before and it was incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and the perfect addition to my massage! December has thought of everything to make the sauna experience amazing!! I would love to do it again!!

Amazing Massage and Face Cupping!!!
December is an amazing intuitive massage therapists - I have been going to her for 5 years and am very impressed by her knowledge of so many tachniques. She is very professional and was able to effectively relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. If you have not tried face cupping I strongly recommend it as there are so many great benefits. A delightful 20 minutes, where I was comfortable, warm, not sweaty, and relaxed! This new sauna is much better than the older version where it was difficult to breathe. This new version also provides many benefits, one being to alleviate my arthritic pain.
