This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was referred to Abigail and I’m very glad I asked for her. She was very patient and detailed oriented. We had a lovely conversation throughout my visit and she has a great sense of humor. I’m recommending the Hot Springs Beauty School to my entire family. But you can’t beat the prices.

I’ve had so many ppl chop up my hair so I haven’t gotten it cut in 5 years. My hair is very thick and all the way to my rear end. I was lucky enough to pair up with Sarah and she was amazing! She took her time, knowing how important my hair was to me. She treated my hair with such care and respect. Their prices and the best, I plan to never go to another salon again. Everyone at this school were very welcoming and kind.

Went in Friday got about six inches cut off then went back Monday and got my hair dyed and colored I had Sara and she did amazing for being a student at the school n Ik I will need to go back uk there for touch up in some area.

Are you looking to help others while being helped yourself? Are you thinking self care at a salon is out of your price range? What would you say if I told you, there is a place here at Hot Springs Beauty College where future cosmetologist preform so many wonderful services under the supervision of instructors. Today, I enjoyed a shampoo, blowout, and makeup application. Ava and Dixie were amazing. They were able to make me feel and look like a princess. Go ahead schedule an appointment online or walk in the door during business hours. They have 75 chairs and multiple students who need experience and are looking forward to serving you with your self-care needs.

Customer Service training is a must , should be on top of skills to be learned!
Starting from setting appointments to knowing how to handle situations that are their faults, not just shrug it off. I paid for nail service that took well over a 1 1/2 hours and she only got the existing polish off, (I mentioned the tin foil wrap, after it had gone on way to long) the trainer finally gave in and got the drummel, she’s not qualified to use it, at least she tried to speed up this process, I appreciated it. My client was finished 30-40 min before I- I had to end the appointment- unfinished. I did tip the gal(she’s learning)she did what she was taught to do. What about management? Is this the example we want to teach these techs? They knew and did nothing to ensure that I was satisfied. That’s the norm? Blow it off ? Don’t like it, don’t come back attitude? The students and instructors were very nice, all of them-I need nice and productive,aware, pride in ones work! They should ask themselves “how would I feel if it was happening to me” before they talk crap, roll their eyes etc., I was passive- but not everyone will be. Who’s paying to get my nails that are ridged, unsmooth, and ripping (fixed)and done? In the end, the tech told me she needed my number , if I wanted my receipt, she would text it to me. (What) I paid, $30 for 2 gel manicures-no one there to do gel extensions (even though the day before I called and set appointment specifically for that(my sweet elderly client’s birthday present )service- the tech let that roll right off of her, no empathy for her disappointment, nothing-(felt like “oh well”). I got the text message receipt it was $32.00. Again! Customer Service training is a must and a priority!!!!! I appreciate the program you offer- but the professionalism is non existent.
