Eric was a phenomenal person to work with he was super friendly and made our experience completely focused on our needs. We even got the opportunity to come in after hours to try the tub privately because Eric went the extra mile to respect our privacy and experience the product before making a impulse decision. He wasn't a pushy sales person and respected us. I would definitely recommend him for anyone to work with. Eric (in Grand Forks) and James (out of their Bismarck store) were EXTREMELY helpful! We went into HotSpring Spas with the intention of learning more about saunas. Eric was very knowledgeable - and he helped us determine what type and size of sauna that we would want and need. Eric and James worked great together on finding us the perfect sauna! We just started our first ever hot tub journey. I have no doubt in my mind that we will ever question our decision we made today because of Eric at the Grand Forks locations. I’m a salon owner with major upper back issues and my husband had had lower back surgery. Eric pointed us in the spa that is best fit for both of us and our needs.
