We love our new hot tub! We bought a Caldera FreshWater system and so far we love it! We worked with Amanda, who answered all our questions- we are first time hot tub owners. Delivery guys were great and walked through all the things we needed to know. When trying to get the water right, we brought in a sample to the store and Dawn and Amanda were both super helpful. So far we love the hot tub and would definitely recommend!

Amanda was amazing at answering all of our questions about hot tubs, and was extremely helpful and informative on helping us choose which tub was right for us! Very thankful for all of the staff! They have all been very knowledgeable on any questions that we have had! The install crew were very good and efficient on install! They were very thorough on initial startup processes and very informative of setup and chemical balances. All in all, Hotspring La Crosse has been the best experience for anyone looking for a hot tub and getting started! The whole process was extremely smooth and very delightful! If you are looking for anything hot tub related, look no further! 10/10 highly recommend! We chose the Caldera Paradise Martinique with the salt water system and we absolutely love it!

My boyfriend and I got our first hot tub with Hot Springs after looking at other places. They had great customer service throughout the whole process from estimate to installation. Dawn gave us the estimate that included everything we needed unlike other businesses that didn't include the cover, steps or chemicals. They were not pushy just happy to share their experience and knowledge. Melissa gave us updates throughout the shipping process. The two gentlemen installing we're friendly and happy to help. Process was easy and quick. I highly recommend them! And the tub is amazing!! Worth every dime. Got the jetsetter lx freshwater with IQ.

Purchased our first hot tub from HotSpring Spas and Pools, and the whole process was great. The sales team was very knowledgeable and it never felt like they were trying to up sell us to a more expensive model, we told them what we were looking for and Amanda brought us right to the model that fit our needs. The installation crew that came for the delivery and set up were professional and polite, got the tub set up very quickly and they did an awesome job explaining the maintenance/chemicals to keep our hot tub looking great. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone in the market for a new pool, spa, or sauna!

From the start of the process until the day of install, I could not be more impressed. I was looking at a used tub initially and Amanda was able to provide me with an amazing deal and broke down the cost analysis for us. After purchasing new because it made more sense, the install was seamless and service after the sale could not be better! Install guys were extremely efficient and professional. Communication was over the top and I know exactly how to operate and maintain my new tub! If you’re in the market for one, this should be your first stop!

I do not know quite how to write my utter appreciation for HotSprings of La Crosse. I am going on 15yrs and just got out 2nd Hot Tub. I use my tub 6 out of 7 days a week on average. If I ever had an issue, which has been far and few between they respond immediately and professionally. The tub or pool will change your life and the staff will support you all the way. Dalej
