UPDATE: I had to return a call that i missed and there was a msg on a portal i couldn't reach. SO I called, went through a machine to hear from a girl "OH, IT WAS ABOUT YOUR BIRTHDAY.BYE" So thank you very much for "warm" wishes, hull dermatology My old review: Great, clean, sunny modern space. Definitely, this medical group is a "5". From the time I first visited Hull Dermatology for treatment options for my skin problems on the face and head, I felt that I was getting the best of the best. From Dr. Hull and her staff, as well a Dr.Groman and his staff were all very informative, kind, caring and helpful during the entire process including the healing time.This is the "go to" place for dermatalogy problems. My wife had an appointment and overall she had a good experience. The checking process was easy, got taken to the room fairly quickly then waited her awhile to be seen. The Dr was great and answered her questions definitely will be back for her year follow up.

I can see here that there are not very good reviews for just starting out in Bella Vista. Well, I've never been here I just had an issue on the phone regarding accepting insurance. Here's how it started. I called a week or so ago and asked if they accepted Ambetter I was told they do and that they will next year also. I thought great! I didn't make an appt. that day waiting until after the holiday and called back which was today and the receptionist asked me if this was regarding another clinic not accepting Ambetter and I said yes and I had to find a new place. Then she said please hold I need to speak to my supervisor and I said okay. She came back and told me that they will no longer be accepting it after the first of the year. WHAT!!!!! I was just told a week or so ago you would. I told them I don't like to be jacked around. It's unprofessional. It's frustrating. I guess there are some companies that are followers because apparently this was the case.

I almost cancelled my sons appointment after my adult daughter told me how bad her experience was. I wanted to give them another chance though. I wish I hadnt. My daughter will not go back to them and I wont either. The receptionist isnt all that nice and the wait for my daughter was over an hour AFTER getting in a room. My son and I were the only ones there and still sat waiting over 20 minutes. The prescription that was supposed to be called in for my son that day still has not been called in. I have called and left messages. Looks like I will have to take him someplace else for the meds he needs because they cant be bothered to call it in. 2 thumbs down all around.

Really nice place. Dr Battle was great and the care I received was great. Very good visit and treatment here. Checkin was easy and I hardly waited at all. Gave me some very good advice on after care. Would recommend.

I give the Dr. and the treatment a 5. But they NEVER answer the phone, and when they do they transfer you to someone who doesn't answer theirs. You could wait days to speak to someone. I'd love to fix their broken system

Would never go back Dr did not treat me properly never came back to exam room. Asked medical assistant what did Dr diagnose me with had no idea told me how to use medicine not a way to treat a patient
